Terms & Obligations
- Rates for 2019-2020 include electricity and water at no cost.
- All RVs must be in clean and in decent condition and show a full pride of ownership. Age restrictions are not enforced. Management has the right to deny any RV that does not meet this standard.
- Early reservation available for 1 month to 178 days only.
- Payment is due in full at time of check-in.
Refund Policy
- If prepaid before a reservation starts, there is a 24 hr. prior mandatory cancellation notice in effect for a full refund.
- Group event reservations must give a 7 days in advance notice for full refund.
- Monthly prepaid reservation will be prorated to the weekly and daily rate if checking out before 30 days.
